Not blowing cold air
Either the air is not blowing cold or isn't blowing at all. This can be a sign of serious issues. First would be to check if there is ice on the outside unit. If there is, turn off the AC, turn fan to continuous and call immediately! As an extra caution, have some towels near your indoor unit as water may leak while the ice inside thaws.
Outdoor unit not running
If your thermostat is set to cooling and the outdoor unit has not turned on after 5 minutes. First make sure the circuit breaker and power switch at the air handler are switched on. If the unit still isn't running, call us as soon as possible, in the mean time turn off your ac to prevent further possible damage.
Outdoor unit running non stop
If the outdoor unit is running even with the thermostat is not set to cooling call us immediately, in the mean time turn off the power at your circuit breaker to prevent further possible damage.
